That's including shelling out the extra $30 more for the same regulator as Wheeler's. Without that, $95 and change

    Hmmmm.......

I will also have about another $25 to invest in a mounting system I designed in my head last night but still, not bad for $150 for a 20lb CO2 setup

    CO2 tank HOW-TO:

    1) Find a CO2 tank on craigslist for under $100; I scored this 20 lb. tank cheap and with a handle luckily

    092efd4f8b397dce94b9a825e1e903ac_06468326481a2b72f44770274b14d9badd6db1d8.jpg

Meet the man (or woman) and claim the precious as your own (pay him or her their money)

    2) Take a trip to Harbor Freight Tools and spend $10  (yes $10)

Purchase the following: **Depending if you have an ARB hose/compressor, you will not have to purchase a hose. I bought one to keep attached while the bottle is mounted in the truck at all times (fast and compact); I won't have to go digging for my ARB hose. But it will work.**

**Also not included is an inflator. I personally have a PowerTank that is already in my arsenal. Harbor Freight SHOULD have them for under $10**

    3) Purchase a regulator. This can be the next expensive item after the tank or most expensive depending how much of a deal you got. Here is the one I purchased:

    http://trdparts4u.toyotaofdallas.com/scripts/prodList.asp

**This is available at wheeler's offroad for $55 (not including shipping) they are still a few months out from having these available and I spent the extra $30 to have it sooner. Just a note**

    ASSEMBLY:

Lay out all your parts and grab two open ended present wrenches from your tool box.

    b978e023c01e8fe4e4cda99944d1826d_6cc5fbbbfc6bb70ecc6fadcbabc46e8d9b856418.jpg

Install the female brass nipple on one end of the hose using your teflon tape on the male threading. And install the female quick connect using teflon tape on the other end of the hosing.

**You DO NOT have to use teflon tape here. The fittings on the regulator came with teflon tape on them so I decided to just go ahead and do it.**

Here is what it should look like completely assembled:
    b0643c9204bda4b86cd1c268a746fdec_303afcb462688a3433a84a22269653f3d68c73d5.jpg

    FINAL ASSEMBLY:

Take your regulator and thread it onto the CO2 valve of the tank **DO NOT USE TEFLON TAPE** Tighten everything with a crescent wrench and be gentle on the brass..you can mangle it. Here is how everything looks when it is buttoned up:
    cc442ce3cd6429018b5cc5b3e6b9e9bf_acf80beec66f9a82fdcf0fefb14f63dfb196a601.jpg

    INFLATORS:

Here is what I have for inflating the tires (didn't purchase another inflator as this was already in my arsenal)
    c132d8e62e2b9770001ce9cacfd26ad2_f7dee73fe7c553926f56f7eff8b67aa1bda5685c.jpg

You can go with something a bit cheaper such as this: What does this all cost?

TOTAL I spent not including the inflator:

Tank - $30 after about $50 of parts I had laying around the garage not being used
    Regulator - $81.90
    Fittings - $4.59
    Hose - $3.99
    Teflon tape - $0.79

    GRAND TOTAL: $121.27

    MOUNT:

Originally, I thought that I could use quick fists for extra savings, but they were too small..back to the drawing board :pout:

For the mount, I went with the 20 LB. mount from Wheeler's off road found

Depending on the size of the tank, you can get one VERY cheap for under $50 with shipping. For mine, I paid $64.50 SHIPPED.

    The bracket:

MOUNTING THE BRACKET IN THE BED:

    Flat steel
