My Pace Edwards uses the bed rails as well. If you go back several pages, you can see some pics of the metal I used for the test fit. I fully believe it will work.

Do you have any pics of your truck with this cover? I need to see it up close.

To test if your rack would fit, I went to Lowes and bought a piece of metal in the correct gauge, bent a 90 degree angle in it and placed it under the cover's side rails.

What about it makes you say that? Looking at the un-powdercoated pics you posted, it looks like it will go out far enough beyond the rails before going up. I was able to lock the rails down tight to the truck with the piece of metal in between the Toyota track system, and the sides of the cover.

 

I think that flat sheet that sits on top of the side rail caps will interfere with it.

 

I guess I will have to see one of them mounted on a truck. I'm not seeing what you are.
