Same issue here, I heard it's a problem with the stock leaf springs causing axle wrap.

As many said you have warranty so need to hit that up. But try to get more info on that vibrations
    1. When does occur most (what speed, accelerating, braking etc)
    2. Does it get affected by 2wd/ 4wd ?
    3. Does it get affected by temperature?

There have been a few of these threads floating around the forums lately with multiple people all with 2015's experiencing the same issue as I am one of them.

Two threads on this going on at the same time - traction bars will tame "axle wrap" as will a helper spring forward of the axle, close to the front spring eye, where the spring tends to "warp" under moderate to hard acceleration, changing pinion angles significantly. Probably why changing spring packs assists with driveline shudder. Lots of threads dealing with this on other enthusiasts forums.

Yeah! Just absolutely awesome to home brew a 'fix' for a new $30k vehicle with a 'normal' vibration. :frusty:

I'll swap for a 2011 that has no vibrations at all.

Torque the leaf spring U-bolts to 90 ft-lb. The service manual says 37 ft-lb. If the factory or dealer actually followed that torque spec, the U-bolts would be too loose and potentially cause axle wrap.

Hey, I didn't build the truck. This site is filled with home brew fixes for these $30K trucks and their problems. Actually, this is fairly common issue that enthusiasts with vehicles with leaf springs have dealt with, and managed for years. The "fix for Toyota is fairly simple, but the consequence of the fix would be owners "bitching" about the harsh the ride of their $30K vehicle. Perhaps they need a redesign - coil springs, trailing arms and track bars.

I have got to admit yeah I'm old but what you all are calling axle wrap has been around since they put leaf springs under cars/trucks we called it spring wind up. I did a paper in school on that, we mounted a 8MM movie camera under the back end and had at it. The springs would take on a "S" shape under hard acceleration. The only fix was traction bars it is the way it is. Frankly I would not buy a truck with coil overs they wallow around like a hog with a load that's why there are so many gizmos under the back end of a coil suspension. Even Chevy figured that out years ago that's why the old GMC's had leaf springs and the Chevy's had coils.
