    I wasn't able to watch the Oregon/TCU game at the beginning, then saw that it was 31-0 at the half and decided the 2nd half wasn't worth it. I turned it on when I heard it was 31-28 late and watched from the last few minutes of regulation all through three overtimes. I fell asleep long before the end of the late game.

    It figures that I would miss the TWO good bowl games of the season.

    I don't like the sound of his voice... It's too nasally. And he seems to have an anecdote for every damn thing.

    I do like the way he pronounced auburn, though. I've adopted his pronunciation (and usually imitate his voice in the process).

    You can't blame the QB and center for giving up 31 second half points.

    It truly amazes me. No matter how many big games the Ducks lose, even when they're record-setting comebacks for the other team, no ever wants to blame the defense. Defense just isn't part of the culture in Eugene, among the fanbase, and the team and coaches.

    This is why Oregon will never be on the same level as the elite, championship-winning programs like USC, Alabama, Ohio St., etc. Instead they will return to mediocre bowls and swapping Civil War victories with Oregon State.
