I've been waiting for the opportunity to share my experience with both . I have weathertech's exact fits in the front and husky exact Contour in the back. The Husky's are nice but I will say that I am more leaning towards the weathertech's for two reasons. 1, because they come up father on sides, and 2, it's a lot easier to wipe them off with a wet towel because they're slightly harder than the Huskies which are more robbery

I recently got the Husky Xact Contour and so far have been happy with them. I don't think you can go wrong either way. Despite advertisements, I have yet to see a mat that truly fits perfect, but the Weathertech and Husky Xact are about as close as you are gonna get. I personally like how the Husky liners feel more rubbery (opposed to weathertech's more plastic feel), but it's really just preference.

The Husky Liner X-act Contours are a softer rubber than the Husky Liner Weather Beaters. I bought the Weather Beaters because the ridges are not as high and I can wipe them off without taking them out of my truck during the winter. They are the stiff plastic material just like Weathertech makes theirs with.

Huskys were the first mod I did to my 1996 on January 13, 1996; the day I bought the truck.
20 years later, they are still holding up great. I just received the WeatherBeaters in anticipation of my 2016 coming in the next 2 -3 months. Why change a good thing? As a side note, right now there are no plans to make any Husky X-Act Contours for the 2016 manual transmission Tacoma, just the WeatherBeaters, and you have to call to order them as the website does not list the MT as an option. Apparently there are a few reports of clutch pedal issues if you use a mat designed for the auto in a MT truck.

We did put Weathertechs in my wife's Scion, and prior Camero, as Husky did not have any mats for those cars; but, they seem well built too.

I do like the spikes on the bottom the Husky Weatherbeaters, should hold it in place well, especially on the passenger side. These are not present on Huskys from 1996 which do slide around a bit.

I have had weather tech in all of my cars and trucks and they are great. I got the weather beaters because I needed them NOW. I live in the land of mud. They are just as good I think but don`t go up quite as far on the trans hump.

If the exact contours are softer than the weatherbeaters, then I'm definitely glad I bought The Weathertech's for the front so that I can wipe them off and as I stated earlier. The biggest reason why I like the weathetechs better is because they go up the sides farther which is the reason why we all are buying them, for protection.

I don't flail my feet around so the Husky Weather Beaters will work in my situation. They are also easy to wipe of with a rag as I stated earlier. They have a nicer fit on the side of the seat brackets and are higher on that edge than the Weathertechs. Also Husky Liner Weather Beaters are much cheaper in price.

I have Weathertechs front and back and wouldn't change em for anything. My carpet still looks brand new underneath. They are so super handy this time of year with mucky snowy sloppy boots. Can't speak for Husky, cause I've never used em.

    Are on the way!
Husky liner covers more up front on mine.. The dead pedal is completely covered, as the weather tech "at least in pics" only cover half of it!

My father has Weathertech floor liners and I wasn't a big fan. They feel plasticky. I expected them to be like my weather tech floor mats which are rubbery. Just got my Husky Liners Xact and they are what I wanted. Rubbery floor liners that are comfortable under foot.

I like the Husky better. I would have bought them but my Aunt's got us Weathertech's for Christmas so we are running those.

The Huskys are a softer plastic and have spikes along the back side. The Weathertech's have no spikes on the back side and it slides around the passenger floor area

no, they just go up to the top and don't cover the top. I put my foot up on top and it's not covered

I have 3D MAXpider floor mats they're great! I was going to go with weathertec but I got a good deal on these. They match the carpet and the seats (grey).

I'm with you buddy... Can't wait till they make them for the 2016 Taco.. I've been bugging the dealer here and driving them crazy..!! I want the 3D Maxspider KAGU mats..... Have 'em in 'Ole ladie's Corolla.... they are fantastic...!! Cheaper than Weather Tech...clean up easier, and are not slippery when wet....!! AND look better.....

Update...3D Maxspider Mats not available yet.... been bugging them to no avail.... Just ordered the Huskys. It's too late in the winter to hold off any longer

I went with Husky over Weathertech because they cover the foot rest portion of the floor board and I feel this gives me complete coverage.
