Yeah I got my arm covered a bit. Ha

Yeah I had mine off, so I would've left it until I had to take the skid off

Cummins 6bt. It's the best mod I've done to a truck so far. Next I think I'm gonna build a Cummins el Camino.

I was wanting to go the 4bt route. Do you have any pictures of the 6bt in the truck? Did you have to move the fire wall back to fit the 6bt?

They just operate as a click set right? Each click is like 1.5 psi?

What wheel and tire setup are you running to hope to outboard those successfully? Don't want to see pictures of tires rubbing those pretty shocks at full flex. I have like 1" between the frame and tire on mine at full flex.

Finally finished carpeting my shell. Holidays, family, work, kids... they can all be a pita when it comes to trying to do projects.

Buddy of mine came over and helped me put it back on.

I am working on a writeup for my build page, I want to get a finally picture of it installed, but it was getting dark and wet when I finished.

The kit requires 1.25" spacers so there's that. Tires are 265/75R16. Also I have clocked the piggyback and valves to minimize the width of the shock.

It helps that the shocks slope forward so they don't fall between the peak of the tire and the frame. At the end of the day I don't really know how they will look at full stuff since I've never seen this kit before. I'll be sure to post pics though.

To adjust them you'll start by turning the adjusting screw counter clockwise until it's even with the end of the body tube. This will set pressure at the lowest end of the adjustment range. Every complete turn clockwise will increase pressure about 1.5psi for the 5-20psi
range, and 3psi for the 15-40psi range.

I guessed what it would take to bring them down to 12.5psi the first time and got lucky. Haven't touched them since.

Yeah, I've got 1.25" spacers as well. Hopefully it'll work with your little tires, but the problem is that 5" between the tire and the frame gets a lot less when the axle is at an angle.
