I had 10,000 miles on it when I got them to take a ride with me, and showed them the paper work from Toyota. If you need a copy of the paper work let me know, they knew nothing about it when I showed it to them, the paperwork from Toyota is dated May 20, 2015.

Oh! and I forgot to tell you the warranty is in effect for 60 months, or 60,000 miles which ever comes first.

I had a similar situation. I was getting my wheels replaced under warranty. Toyota damaged my tire. Took a few minutes of back and forth but the manager said he'd replace the damaged tire. I told him they'll replace two tires. A week later I had new Duratracs on. I paid for the other two. 25124abf5bfef1d7dcb6452a225f73f2_4b0166330b1e41ab163d71bf5d7c8147ea71819d.jpg

I love the new tires the ride is awesome and smooth but these clowns can't seem to change a tire without doing damage to the alloy rims. The protection barrier has been broken and with the salt brine in sure the alloy will corrode faster. It wasn't until the Mgr was denying the damage did I get a little pissed. I think they will make it right since I had time stamped pictures of the rims right before they did the work but who knows. 5:01 pictures taken 5:12 service ticket entered into the computer 7:08 ticket completed pictures of damage taken @ 7:15....

quick question, does anyone know if you still need wheel spacers to clear 285/70/17's if you are running a wheel with 4.75 in of backspacing? I currently have the tires mounted to factory Tacoma TRD sport wheels and have 1.25 in spidertrax wheel spacers for clearance. I have new rims in the mail right now with 4.75 in backspacing and just wondering if I can remove my spcers or not.

Thanks, sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, thought this would be the fastest place to get an answer.

This looks nice too - and probably allows for more light.

I was just looking into keeping the grill (I kind of like the stock grill) and squeezing a 20" LED out the bottom of it. Haven't been able to find too many pics or opinions on that yet though.

Since you have a satoshi, are you just using one LED bar, or are you going to do a double stack??

Oh man yes!!! If you have the paperwork I would love to get a copy of it to have on hand when I go in there. Thanks in advance, if this works I'll be a happy camper for sure:D:cheers:

Just one bar for now. In the future i could do a spot beam above my grill emblem, and a flood beam below the grill emblem. Both wired independently on their own switches of course.

I am doubtful that you could fit a modern light bar behind the stock grill with this mount/brackets, but you can certainly try :) Also, i think there isn't enough open space in the stock grill for the light to throw through it properly.

You could put one in the lower valance and just mount it directly to the aluminum crash bar.... Like @Poe and many others have done

I did not want a light bar in my lower valance like that because I have to run a front license plate in my state and didn't want to get a ticket when I became pissed off and removed it

That's probably why I can't find many examples of it. Yeah... I kind of figured the grill would restrict the light a little bit.

I like the lower valance light, but like you I need my plate there. I'm not sure where else I would put it - and I don't need another excuse to get pulled over.

Thanks for the input. Once my suspension is finally done, the next thing on my list is light.

I think I like your grill/light setup even more lol. Looks great. I know everybody and their mother makes custom grill inserts these days - but which one is that?

I think I'd rather leave my plate where it is.

    Put more air in tires...!

I have been guilty of not checking air pressure in a while, and it looks like a change in weather (45 deg --> 20 deg) brought the issue up, the dash sensor light came on last night. I found 26 psi all around...

I just put 34.5 psi (with my shiny, new digital gauge!) on my cold tires, in 20 deg weather.
