Anyone know if this package exists? I couldn't configure it on the online configurator but I do remember it was possible with the 2015 model years.

How much did you pay for it, and what do you plan on doing with it - any mods, etc?

You probably didn't click the SR package. The 2.7L 4x4s are only allowed in SR form. They're definitely on the build-you-own toyota page. http://www.toyota.com/configurator/...ansmission/year/2016/series/tacoma/model/7162

The prices are on there, and I can't imagine you not getting a discount. I have heard however that the 5spd 4x4 2.7L isn't offered in the south-west region for whatever reason right now. They're mostly allocated to mid-atlantic/northeast.

I have FN wheels arriving today. www.fnwheels.com One thing i'm always on here posting about is how important wheel quality and weight is. ESPECIALLY for the lesser-powered 2.7 owners. There's an epidemic of people buying garbage quality wheels like Fuel and XD. They're unusually heavy and there's no need for men to drive with cute fake sparkley bolts to adorn their truck wheels. That weight will neuter your acceleration, mpg, etc. Not to mention they look like they belong in a latino fraternity parking lot to me. That's subjective however, but the wheel weight issue is not.

I also bought the parts for the "deck-plate mod" on the intake, a flowmaster series 50, center console organizer, Extang Solid 2.0 cover, and URD short shifter. Not many people on here own this spec of Taco, probably 4 of us so far. Good luck finding one!

Gotcha, I'm more interested in having the Utility Package as well.

I don't imagine having passengers in the back, but it looks like that's not an option for the 4x4 2.7. Unless this is something you were able to get at the dealer.

    http://www.toyota.com/configurator/...lor/0040/interiorcolor/Gray/packages/option35

Thanks for the tip on FN wheels. I've seen some people here putting on crappy wheels and then complaining about rattling and MPG.

It is available in my zip code, believe it is a $1700 discount too. Bummer you can't get the V6 in that confirmation. That would be perfect.

It used to be called the "B-Max" package.

Just did a build msrp comes out to $24K.

Did you have to go to NorCal? I went to Longo Toyota in El Monte and the salesman didn't even offer any insight.

Longo had a 15 in, when I went to go look at it they had sold it the night before. So I called them and they pretty much said good luck finding one. I kept scavenging the interwebs and found one at Crown Toyota in Ontario. Longo doesnt trade with other dealers and pretty much has a if we have it then cool and if not then good luck. I will say Longo has good customer service in their servicing department. Where Crown wants to make the sale and will help find a vehicle. I didnt care for Crown's service department. (disclaimer this was back in November 2014, I am still using Longo's service department)

Cool thanks for the tip. I guess I won't go to Longo for the purchase of the vehicle.

I actually did like the salesman I talked to at Culver City Toyota when I was looking at 15s a year ago but decided to wait.
However, I will say it's probably more difficult to get one in West LA for obvious reasons.

Longo usually tends to has them, though their inventory is a bit low right now. As with most dealers, people are snapping up the Tacomas left and right.

Believe my buddy in LA got his '15 from Longo is how I heard of them.

The stock form of the 2.7L with or without the convince package has rear seats. They all do actually. It's only when you actively opt for the utility package at a $1700 discount that you loose the rear seats.

Yep, I plan on actively opting for the utility package but the online configurator doesn't seem to have that option for my zip code. Will check to see if the dealer has any more insight on that.

Has anyone seen a 4X2 V-6 Auto in a Access Cab SR?

No because it doesn't exist. The only V6 SR is a double cab 4x4.
The most utilitarian version of your build-out will be in the SR5 format.

It shows it as an option in the 2016 brochure.
