Im most likely in if it isnt actually raining all day. Bummed it is supposed to rain a bunch Sat.

I am guessing I dont need to put my aftermarket skids back on for any of this, way it sounds.

Going to skip that FJ meet too in light of wheeling Sunday.

So there's muzzleloader season this weekend (which I only hunt bow so I don't go out during gun seasons) so we'll have a bunch of Elmer Fudds out walking around. Plus the weather forecast doesn't look too pretty unless you're looking to go mudding.. Might have to sit this one out. I'd hate to get stuck and then have to dig out in sub freezing temps while dodging bullets from pissed of hunters. I'm a pu$$y like that.

I'm still game, I think we should be okay in most of the areas, and I prefer moist conditions (heh) cause the dust on the gravel is eliminated. I took the day off work so I will be there with or without anyone. If others are coming feel free to adjust the time or location to suit you guys, I don't care.

Here's the parking lot address he mentioned:

Use this one instead. It's more accurate than dropping a pin like I did before:
Danville Memorial Park, South Market Street, Danville, OH 43014

I probably won't be there. I'm one of those "Elmer Fudd's" hehe. Better be watching out for me in those woods! No I'll be on my own land, been missing out on a couple 10 pointers for the whole season that I'm hoping to finish off.

Awright cool. Umm... if anyone wants to bring a chainsaw that might be useful. We couldn't do some stuff last time because of trees down; I found those trees while on my bike and could get around them, but they would have stopped us cold a few days later in the trucks.

I also have a CB but do not have HAM or FRS.

I'm guessing if they could be pulled out of the way you would've done that.. No chainsaw, but I do have a couple Motorola handhelds that have decent range. Still on the fence if I can make it, but I'd like to. Might be a game-day decision.

Yes they were just too big to deal with by hand without tools. I guess if a guy had a winch he might be able to pull them out of the way, but I don't really know how that shit works and the dynamics of trees hurtling through windshields and what not. By now the local guys who run that stuff may well have cut them up, but then again there could easily be more deadfall. The only route it's a problem on is Stone Quarry because once you start going up there is no way to turn around. You would have to back all the way down if you couldn't get past an obstacle and that would suck balls.

I sold my chainsaw (and a ton of other really useful shit) in preparation for this move. You know how many times in the last month I've had to stand on a chair with a milk crate on top of it because I don't have a fucking ladder?
