I did but you can't pick up the egg sacks or the queen. They have to disappear at some point.

 

They disappear relatively quickly. Try sleeping or sitting for a game day and see what happens. If that doesn't work, save and restart the game.

 

Anybody find Deacon to be a more annoying companion than Dogmeat ?

Guy is naked 1/2 the time and invisible the rest

 

His backstory interaction/dialogue is even more annoying.

 

I don't find Dogmeat annoying hardly at all, and that's only when I trip on him in narrow hallways

Otherwise, he's all I bother with, as being so short its easy to shoot over his head while he's fighting

 

Dogmeat is my buddy.

 

Let me rephrase ~ I don't dislike Dogmeat , I usually use him , it just pisses me off to constantly trip over him , but Deacon seems to disappear all the time so I can't find him 1/2 the time to transfer junk and loot to him

I'm just running with him till I get far enough with the Railroad to get the Ballistic Weave

I actually liked rolling with Nick Valentine too

 

Interesting thing happened to me at Spectacle Island last night . I had 7 settlers there , and I was shooting at a Mirelurk with a scoped rifle when just as I pulled the trigger a settler's head filled the scope who got killed

All the settlers then started attacking me and I had to kill 5 before I could get far enough away to fast travel out of there . When I came back the other 2 still attacked me

Anybody know how long it takes before it resets so they don't see me as an enemy anymore ?

 

The only time I ever had something like that happen to me, I ended up reloading a save. The only way I could be not in combat there was to go full scorched earth and wipe them totally out and I didn't want to do that just yet

 

Wipe them all out and send settlers from other settlements to repopulate the "mysteriously deserted " settlement.

 

Its a good time to use a fat man.

 

I went back at night and they didn't get outta bed to attack me so I'll check again tonight

 

Once you move something they disappear faster. I made a pile of dead gunners at their hq and forgot one and that's the only body that was left when I came back for armor.

I put him in a hazmat suit and that solved that problem.

What and where do you get ballistic weave?

 

IIRC you can buy it from Tinker Tom after you've done a certain amount of quests for them

 

Ah ok. His gun, the tinker tom special sucks just saying.

 

Ballistic Weave can add like 100 to non power armor

 

Yes. Forgot to mention this, @OZ-T. Once I selected an outfit for him, he never changed clothes or disguised himself again.

I assumed you couldn't change his clothes because I don't think I could with Nick Valentine
