One More Rep on Spotify. It plays stuff like Metallica, Godsmack, Pantera, etc. Definitely gets me going!

Yeah, I eat 3-4000 when bulking....I also get fat every time I bulk :anonymous:

I keep protein around 1g/lb of bodyweight and fat around 60-70g/day, and manipulate carbs from there. I usually start a bulk somewhere around 300g of carbs and end up around 400-500g towards the end.

Y u eat so clean? Pop tarts are your friend. Sticking to a diet is much easier when it's not lentils and grilled chicken for every meal.

Lol me too. I would probably get in a fight with high school me if I could meet him

Here's approximately what I hit yesterday:
    55F/300C/195P

I was pretty low on the fats. But overall pretty satisfied with the rest of my numbers. I suppose I will just try this out for a while and go from there. If I'm not noticing much change after a month, I will begin to throw in poptarts into my diet!

there ya go. that is about 2475 calories, right? that's right around what I cut on with no cardio. To get a good estimate, you can enter all your info into a macro calculator...it takes your height, weight, age, body fat %, activity level, etc., and tells you what your macro and calorie goals should be when cutting, maintaining, and bulking.

Yup.. about. Thanks, Zach. I'll try that calculator out. I'll probably just have to give a rough estimate for the bf%. I'll try to overestimate lol

That's what I usually do. I have the caliper test and the handheld tester and I'm usually floating between 12-15% when bulking...definitely at the higher end of that right now lol

    #feelsbadman....right there with ya lol

Must be nice. It only takes about 250-500 for me to notice a difference

Just got 18reps on the 225 challenge for squats. Almost had to crawl away from the rack. Legs are noodles right now

HAHAHA yeah their fun, Good work on the 18. Its basically a very nice warm up and gets the blood right blasted into your muscles.I used to do a 225 fail set on DL front squats, back squat, and bench for warm up lol.... call me crazy but the pump that gets in there lasts the whole work out.

Deadlift one makes you walk like a sticks up your @ss for days.

I might try that today, since I'm doing legs. I know I'll probably be able to do 1 on front squats. I feel like my quads are pretty strong, but I suck at front squats.

I dunno what it is about them...I've only been doing them for a year, but I just suck at them. I'm gonna see how many @ 225 I can do tonight though.

They take a ton out of your core to hold the weight and stabilize....
Set your guides and do 2 RM front squats all the way down nice and slow. IF you bail just sit and don't stand up n reload almost doing it for the negative.

The next week you do max reps on 70% of the 2rm
