Yes definitely fake, the person who owned it before threw them on... I left them on cuz I like the way it looks lol!
Yeah I don't think I'm getting a lift, but plan on all terrain tires soon. Azusa canon is super close to me but sounds like I can't get in Maybe MUD is too advanced.. Maybe some dry trails for my first time lol

and when it rains out in the desert, you can still hit some decent mud and even some river/wash crossings...

I went to Asuza OHV park today again and spoke with a very cool local volunteer named Charlie and the Park Ranger. They both told me that 2WD drive vehicles are allowed in the park as long as they have OHV green sticker just like any other OHV. It seems that it is more of a licensing issue and not 4WD as a mechanical requirement.

Here is what the DMV has to say about getting the green sticker, I think the cost is about 52 dollars: (DMV Site)

Adding OHV Registration to an On-Highway Vehicle

    The requirements are:
      • An Application for Title or Registration (REG 343) in the buyer's name.
      • A Statement of Facts (REG 256) completed by the buyer which requests dual registration on a permanent basis and confirms that he/she understands renewal fees for both the on-highway and OHV will be required to maintain the dual registration.
      • The OHV fee.

Not sure i want to shell out 52 bux on top of my registration to get muddy. I always thought green stickers were for non street legal toys. Didn't realize you can do dual registration.

I just found out that "a Green Sticker costs $52 for each OHV and is valid for two years." So it is really 26 dollars per year.
