Sweet truck & nice write up. I don't see a dent but it could be my phone, the booze or the fact I'm driving (you pick which one of the three is true).

Also have seen a few decent write ups recently. Maybe they deserve a dedicated area...??

Ok, I'm setting on my hand again...come poor blood circulation. :)

Are you saying "damn" because they look surprisingly good for cheap covers?

I think I'll pick these up to protect my seats until I decide to get Wet Okoles

Normally when you hear $30 seat covers, they fit like bed sheets.

Another TWer had those seat covers and they were falling apart in under a year.. bummer.

Bought it in Delaware at the end of September, the last dclb I could find. They had four of the same ones. I waited to jump on the discounts

I have way too much work stuff in the back to be able to see much. But I can tell you it's tight, very good size for our trucks. People asked if it was oem in the back. Like I said before, it's only good if you don't need to utilize your underseat cargo boxes. It's one piece and doesn't split. First thing I did was put those covers in. I don't think you guys will go wrong for 30 bucks. Its better than spending 2-300 for the custom ones.I can throw them in the garbage and buy new ones every year and not care.

I also have similar thoughts as the op. I upgraded from a 2003 tundra. I miss the extra torque from the 4.7 but other than that, I am happy with the purchase. I have a next door neighbor who has the exact truck and his has been bullet proof. I like the simplicity of the truck and hope to get many miles out of it. I am now used to the turning radius and enjoy driving it. Glad I went with the dclb also.

Good choice on the color, I kind of regret getting a grey truck. It gets dirty very quickly and you can see all the scratches. Beautiful combo by the way,DCLB FTW. I dealt with a 5.5ft bed in the past and it was always just too short by 3 or 4 inches

Thanks OP. Great write-up. I have the same truck (except it's the Limited) and I feel exactly as you do. I came from a full size GMC 2500HD Duramax. Interestingly enough the footprint of the Tacoma fits almost exactly where my GMC did in my driveway. I always thought this was a smaller truck but even a couple buddies that ride in the back at work say there is just about as much room in the Taco as my GMC. Biggest complaint about the Taco is the gas mileage. My Duramax got just as good of mileage with TONS and TONS more power! :burnrubber:

Nice truck! I pretty much agree with every thing you said.
