I ordered mine way back in October and nothing yet. They are supposedly trying to do a BOS change also...Any news on yours?

I have hit the absolute worst part of the waiting game... Ordered on October 1st, and it arrived at the dealer today! Due to the service department backlog they won't be doing their final prep stuff until this afternoon. Appointment to get it tomorrow morning and now that I'm in the final 24 hours I can't sit still.

Inferno Off Road, manual transmission, grey interior.

I had the dealer send me some pictures:

Been stalking this forum since I ordered my truck back in November. I order a ORDCLB in MGM and was told that the truck was already built the first week of November and that I should expect the truck late December or early January. Since then I have not had any updates from the dealer. I have asked for a VIN number and he says they won't have one until the truck is on it's way to Oahu. I inquired with the sales person today and got this response,

"Called Oahu. There's still no other info they can give me. I believe the factory it came from is having some slow downs in shipping. Not sure if it's due to the severe weather in Texas but it could be a reason".

I live in Hawaii and am sympathetic to the logistics of getting a truck out here however it's 2016, you think they would at least have a clue where the truck was....

Playing the waiting game too. Ordered my taco Jan 1st (happy new year to me!) And ordered the SR in super white with the satin wheel and convenience package. Can't wait to put some 275/75/16s on it. On Monday the dealer told me my order took with the manufacturer and they will be building my truck either the last week of jan or first week of Feb. I'm dying a little inside every day I wait. This site is way gets me through and its probs a good thing I've only seen 4 tacos on the road since it came out so it's not like I'm being teased by other taco owners.

    Too many to list...
Ordered mine 11/3, updated the order to include the P/T package (no jbl) on 11/13. Truck build scheduled for 12/16, actually built on 12/15. Delivery was scheduled for Dec. 24-28, which was pushed a week to the 28-30, then pushed again to Jan. 2-7. Dealer texted me today saying the truch would arrive either tonight, tomorrow, or Friday. PDI to be expedited once it's off the trailer... Wait is almost over.

DCSB TRD Sport 4x4 A/T BBP (p&t non jbl, tonneau, tow, a/w matts). Built in Baja, shipping to DC.

So what I've gathered from Order to Delivery is average 3 month's and change. Is that safe to say?

I ordered the truck early October, the order was "Placed" at the factory 10/21. Status changed to "Being Built" on 12/18. I am hoping its any day now.

Yup. I placed my order on 10/1, it went through a while later I forget the day, was "built" on 12/24 and I'm picking it up today.

I got this email today. Any idea what he is talking about?

Ok we are trying our plan B. Our inventory manager is submitting what we call and FRS change. Basically what that means if it takes, they will get started on your trucks production. I should know more tomorrow.

    Thanks!

Dang that's a long time! I was quoted 6-8 weeks my car is set to be built either the last week of jan or first week of Feb but I'll keep everyone updated. The dealer said they'd speed the process along where they can but it's one big waiting game.

Congrats on your new truck! Mind me asking what your serial/partial vin was?

So it sounds like my truck was built before yours, and you're up north, and I am in so cal, so it should be here. *Anxious!

I too couldn't believe how servco couldn't track a truck I had ordered in Oct and was told should be there by nov. I just kept searching the site everyday until a similar configuration showed up and then asked them to switch my hold.

Truck is on its way from oahu finally...
