We already have the struts just want heavier duty coils. 14" King coils to be specific

@ramonortiz55 isn't it usually 5 minimum for a GB? We already have 3 here

DSM has the coils for $180 a pair with free shipping so anything less than that would be awesome.

Yeah it would! I'm hoping it'll be a good little chunk.

So 650# or 700# in the same boat, I am hearing a lot of "700# rides a bit stiff" so that got me leaning to 650, my foxes came with 600, but with the new bumper I need a bit more....
but if 700# rides "good enough" for a DD.. I will go that direction... on the fox the 13" spring fits with out being compressed, so I have a lot of thread showing I talked to Fox and a 14 is fine, but if I don't want to preload a lot... is a 16 too much...
    I am going crazy here...

Only way to fit a 16" spring without getting coil bind is going long travel with a 12" travel coil over, longest coil we can put on is 14". Do you only have a front bumper? Or also a winch and/or skids? If its just a bumper then I'd go 650lb.. If you plan on getting a winch soon as well stick with 650lb but if you have skids or plan on it in the future then I'd go 700lb.

Go with 700# cause you'll end up adding more weight and that being said its kinda costly to get the coils on so that's why I'm going with 700#

@Hennessy I also vote for King 700# springs!

I don't have much extra weight in the front and they ride great. Then again I'm a crazy person and have been driving without rear shocks since August. My advice may be questionable....

700# Kings ftw.. I dont have them.. yet.. but when that time comes for a bumper, even though it will be aluminum.. thats what I'll be going with too.

Have to be careful because if you don't have enough armor/weight with 700lb coils you'll have a harder time stuffing the front tires off road.

In other news Alaska airlines sent me an email saying I'm less than 1500 miles from a free round trip ticket to Hawaii  I've bought all my truck parts on my alaska air visa credit card so I may need to take a trip soon :D

It'll be a little stiff until you get skids but should be good
