Haha I'm only kidding though I do enjoy driving straight through the puddles but I carry an umbrella so it doesn't land on the windshield

When I lived in Vegas years ago a Tacoma driver was killed when he was traveling 60MPH and decided he could run through a deep puddle with HALF the truck. Well the puddle stopped the right side of his truck causing the left side to come around and high sided the entire rig rolling over a few times.......

Sometimes people with trucks (especially those with 4WD and no previous experience) think they are impervious to anything, and prove it again and again

^Truth. Our motto in Spokane was that 4wd could only get you out of the ditch if all four wheels were pointing down.

    Are you shitting me.

The only solution is to go faster. If you go fast enough you will be able to get ahead of the puddle before the puddle gets on your windshield.

My 2006 will sling water forward as well at moderate speeds. Moderate for me, on gravel roads is 15-20. I'm just used to it, and know it's gonna happen so the wipers are ready if needed.

All people need to do is drive for the conditions. Problem with 4X4's is alot of people don't drive for the conditions which is why I see more 4X4's in single vehicle accidents then any other type of vehicle.
