Nice build, real clean. You should see numnutz 0-60mph video. He seems to go faster when he preloads, I guess that's what it's called, the gas. Holds the brake and the accelorator for a second. Then lets off the brake.

I think most people call that Torque Braking. You're exactly right, it preloads the torque converter and gets the RPM's up a bit giving you a better start.
