I know these have been beaten to death, but I have been looking for most of the day to find something and am having trouble finding the answer that I need.

Looking to do a icon stage 1 lift and get 285/70/17s and keep the stock wheels from my 16 trd sport. From what I am hearing, I will need to get some wheel spacers. Have heard good things about bora and spydertrax 1.25 inch. Is anyone running this yet? I want to make sure I am not going to run into any issues.

Bora and spidertrax are what most guys run on the yotas with no issues. Not sure if you realize though this is a thread for 1st generation tacomas. To get better feedback you should post this in a 3rd gen/2016 tacoma forum.

I just want to report that I bought BORA's 2" wheel spacers for my 2016 DCSBOR (my avatar photo shows 'before') and I am SO happy with them.

I have a 3" lift and am running 285/75R16s on the stock TRD Off Road wheels. I had major rubbing on my upper suspension components before adding the spacers. Now, I have no rubbing, a much more solid feeling ride, and my turning radius is much tighter. I did not have to do any trimming, and I don't have any contact points between the tires and the truck anymore.

Thank you, BORA. I'll be back!

Replace the stock UCA's with aftermarket ones and you won't need spacers.

    So true.

With the spacers the truck's stance looks better. It's a little wider, a little more aggressive, and a little more stable.

I know there are aftermarket suspension parts, aftermarket wheels, and all sorts of things to spend money on. For me, the $305 including shipping was the best way to go. I maintained the Toyota suspension and controls, and got what I needed.

I'm happy with the BORA product, and would encourage anyone looking at spacers to consider them seriously.

Can you post a couple pics? I plan to keep my OR wheels too.
