I usually play when it's over $200 million. $100 million is just chump change.

 

I'm the same way. I only buy a ticket now and then, if it's a remarkable number. Like you said, it's worth a shot.

I can't even imagine winning that amount of money. Things would change, that's for sure.

 

I think I'd get a bullshit job just to keep busy, but something that would have no responsibility whatsoever.

I've thought about it before. I would give my closest family members a set total and tell them that's it no more. Don't even ask

I would start/invest in something and have other people run it for me just to keep it going for ever

With regards to family, I'd set up a trust so the kids of the family could all go to college. I'd have to think about the criteria but that would be how I'd help my family out, take away the burden of figuring out how to pay for college. I'd do some other things for close family but haven't really given it much thought. I was more referring to what I'd do, I would need to stay busy, maybe flip houses.

 

Honestly I'd move out into the middle of nowhere, buy a shit-ton of land and build an off-grid house, have a huge garden and a few hayfields. I'd spend my time fishing, hunting, playing on my tractor, exploring the logging roads in my lifted and armored brand-new Tundra and I'd go to town maybe once a month to stock up on stuff I couldn't make myself. I'd have a bunch of animals and I wouldn't deal with people unless I absolutely had to.

Not that I've given it any thought...

I would do something incredibly stupid like buy a mountain and have my own lottery charging people for tickets to possibly have their face carved in the mountain like Mount Rushmore. If I lost money on the project it would still be monumentally hilarious.

 

I've got no problem with that. I don't like the general public, so I figure the feeling's mutual, lol.

Might've thought about it a few times. I've wanted to move back into the Western Mountains for years, but finding employment is a big stumbling block. If I didn't have to worry about money I'd be there in a heartbeat, lol.

 

I have thought about it and would like to think I am a good hearted person, so I would donate a bit to St. Judes or the Jimmy Fund. Then I could spend the rest of my money on hookers and blow without feeling guilty.

 

I saw that documentary on HBO about heroin in Cape Cod last night. So depressing

 

Yeah man one of the guys on there, Dan, was a pretty good friend growing up. We went down different paths and lost touch over the years. Knew he was into dealing and such but damn, pretty insane how far it went.

 

Which one was Dan? Was he the one with 2 different girlfriends or the one that keep taking off?

 

Dan was the guy with two different girlfriends who would drive up to Boston to get his stuff to sell.
