I may even need more spacers from you. The uniball adapter on the TC arms pushes the arm down even further.

Hoping to. It all depends though. From what I have heard and observed Rock Therapy sounds like more of a guys outing and wouldn't be to enjoyable with small kids. With limited time off from my day job and even more of it getting filled up with time from PRINSU, I have to plan my trips carefully. Going on trips with the family will always trump the other stuff.

The other problem is that Overland Expo and Rock Therapy are separated by a full week this year. From a business standpoint, Overland Expo is more beneficial to me cause there are a broader range of vehicles for which market I am trying to break into.

Ahh yea the threaded part is the kicker. That's so you can still use the short bolt. I got a new longer bolt that goes through all of it.

Yep, so how much space do you have between the bumps and the arms now with the 4 spacers?

I am at 2.25" right now sitting at ride height. The bump stops will compress probably compress another 1.5-2" so I probably have about 4.25" till the suspension travel stops going up. Doesn't seem like the coils would fully compress at that point just looking at how much space they have to go but the angles are different so there is probably more compression of the coils compared to the reduction of the space between the bumps.

Putting these pictures here for later. I am working on my bed space setup right now and where to put my spare tire is a big concern. I have it under the truck now but there are a few issues. 1) It contacts the rear differential under full compression. 2) It is rubbing on one of the leaf spring hangers. 3) It is really close to the exhaust on the other side. 4) I just ordered a SCS F5 to mount the full size spare on because the steel wheel I had the spare on wont fit on the truck anymore due to spindle gussets and I don't want the F5 under the truck getting beat up.

Total Chaos has quite a bit of stuff fit into their bed and a tire carrier like this would work well. I am even considering notching the rear part of my bedslide so the tire can sit in the back corner of the bed as low as possible that the bedslide will still move around it.

Point taken. I actually could probably fit it up there most of the time. I just want more of a permanent location. I am consistently moving stuff on and off the roof rack depending on what I am carrying so in turn I would be consistently moving the tire up and down.

Zach, what is the easiest practice in adding and removing gear like high lift, pelican case and maxtraxx have you found? As of right now I have several pieces of threaded aluminum in various crossbars. Also, what is the best high lift mounting solution have you seen? My lift is actually on a jeep hood bracket, just drilled to fit to the prinsu. Thanks in advance

I had one. It was to much of a hassle. I use the truck to pickup materials 2-3 times a week for racks and having to constantly open and close the swingout was a pain. It also limited me because I always had to have it closed. Some of my parts are longer than the bed and it is nice to leave the tailgate down and let them hang out the back.

Yeah the concept is similar. I can't have it in that location because my compressor, water pump, and roto pax are there, but a similar concept towards the front of the bed next to the wheel well would work.

This is my current bump spacer setup. I couldnt find my tape measure last night... I'll measure my coil height at ride height since that will be a fairly constant measurement you can compare to. Then you can see where your bump sits on the arm compared to the coil height measurement and have a good idea of if you've got enough spacer or not. This picture is at full droop.

I am probably about the same as you, maybe have a little more of a gap. The TC spaces is much larger than the DK one you are showing. It looks like the DK one is about the same thickness as the 3/8" wheelers spacers. The TC is at least 3/4" and possible closer to 1".
