    Ross,

Have you ever considered removing/moving the steering stop to decrease your turning radius?

That has to be done with the TC LCAs. It didn't cause any extra rubs for me when I had my DB truck. But who knows with all the different BS wheels and also 35s that a lot of you run.

The Fabtech DB spindles don't use the OE steering stop they have their own gigantic steering stop that is part of the spindle. That is why the Fabtech kit is notorious for have such limited steering.

That is an awesome kit, I have the Solo +2 kit and I am very familiar with their products. The XLT kit is really much less travel than 19" unless you get all the other stuff that they detail on their web site IE: the custom special cv axles, special heimed steering, chop the OE coil buckets and build shock towers for a 10" CO and cut out your inner fender wells and tub the cab. All of those things have to be done to allow that 19" of travel to happen. Also be aware that any " race kit " like that where the uniballs are horizontal severely limit your steering radius...say goodbye to the Tacobell drive thru.

There are people that get the XLT kit and just run an 8" CO in the OE coil bucket which I believe again using all of the other special parts can get you around 16" of travel but you need to verify with Solo if you can even get that much or if the up travel is blocked because of the inner fenders etc.

With everything I'm assuming $8-9g depending on who does the work?
