Just finished changing wife's exhaust. 17 years old and it rusted out. New one from Rockauto was a perfect fit.

Lucky me, complete exhausts for standard cab, 2.7, 4 wheel drive trucks are apparently rare. It was the last one Rockauto claimed the could get.

Taking the tires out to get balanced now then I can rotate them.

She puts 3000 miles a year on the thing, so I can't remember the last time tires were rotated. Shit! Can't even remember when we bought the tires, for that matter.

Lol I can throw mine sideways in 4th gear in the rain. Once that turbo hits, duratracs might as well be slicks.

    how's the S/C pulley/internals? may need rebuilt?

mine just did this a couple weeks ago, after the muffler is no more. I also have a hole before the 2nd Cat where the hanger attaches, behind the protective shield. being original I may have to buy a new one and possibly the first cat too, cause dat joint is rusty as hell and will probably break trying to get it off :annoyed:

Shouldn't matter, first and second gen actuators should be interchangeable.

I do, had to grind it a tad on the top right to make it fit. It kept butting up against the diff and not lining up.

The adjustable lift height of 5100s is achieved by changing the position of a circlip. His appear to be on top slot, which is made for like 2.5" of lift preloading stock coils. Being he has 620lb Eibachs, he can only run them with the clip on the lowest setting, which would normally be 0" of lift with stock coils.

Yeah, 5100's should be set to 0" of lift when paired with the Eibach coils.

They came pre set...like half way up the threads....I smashed them in there and blew cvs damn near immediately....lol

Just popped another set of boots within the last few weeks...GRRRR.

So, i'll lube em up with some lithium grease and crank them down, change the CV's and hopefully be done with that. Probably make it right a bit softer as well, since I'm rockin the 2.7l

Are you on the coilover set? Or just the standard 3 position settings?

Ahh, got it. I figured it was like the car 5100 which are typical threaded shafts.
