Husky Weather Beaters are available for the MT, but you have to call and place the order. The X-acts will not be made for the MT as Husky claims the cost to make them is too high for the small number of orders they expect to get.
I got mine in a couple days, at a little less than $100 including tax to the Peoples Republic of California. I don't know how they fit as I don't have the truck yet :)

The Huskys in my 1996 have held up for 20 years, so I went back to a winner. Looks like the spikes on the bottom of the Weather Beaters will help to keep them from sliding around, especially on the passenger side that has no floor clips.

I have weather techs in my 14.....I've never had to cut anything or have had any problems with my mats. Mine also have the little holes that the twist locks go into that keep it from slipping at all.

MT Weather beaters are up on the site, just placed my order:bananadance:
Dunno if it was already mentioned, but the weather techs will not fit the MT. AT's have a larger footrest and you can't just snip a little off the top like on the 2nd gens.

You'd be wrong. My truck is a base with the connivence package.I drove 2 hours to pick it up, the dealer didn't even know they had it on their lot. For whatever reason Toyota can't make a DCLB with a manual trans and i wanted a real bed length.

@RedBeard1 was probably referring to '16 model year, in which case what he posted is correct. Unless you live in Canada.

Don't get me started on the (2) 4x4 MT/V6 Combos that Toyota gave us. Not worth my time to import a 4x4 TRD OR AC 6MT from Canada, but the day Toyota makes one here for the States, I'll be the first one on that list. I can't justify the TRD Sport AC 4x4 with essentially cosmetics for the same price as the capable TRD OR. Pisses me off. I might end up with a 2016 DCSB TRD OR 6MT

Toyota corporate will not know how many people actually want MT unless we call/email.write them and complain about the lack of options. Thankfully for me they do make the configuration I want in a MT.

Already emailed them a month after they came out, and realized I couldn't get the configuration that Canada gets.

^That shit is really annoying. There are barely even any DCSB in Canada, because you can't get them with an auto trans. A salesman told me nobody wanted them because the box was too small....dumbass.

Yes I for the 2015 it is incorrect i misread the year in question. I was definitely referring to the 2016. I really wanted a AC V6 6MT TRD OR in a 2016 model but that was not an option so I got the same in a double cab.

Saw, read or heard something the other day about a bad batch of carrier bearings on the 2016s... Not saying that is what it is but might have it looked into... See if it does it in any other gear at the same speed. If not then disregard this suggestion.

I called trying to voice my opinion on interest in a TRD OR AC manual. The first person I spoke with instead told me what was available for 2016. I advised that I knew every package offered. They said they would have a "Tacoma expert" call me back. Got the call from the Tacoma expert and they too told me only what was available. I kept telling them I know what is available, I'm trying to tell you that what I want and what many entusiasts want is not available. They proceeded to repeat what they did have available. Maybe email would be better, calling for me was a complete waste of time.

Hello, My name is Chip (pause for hellos) and I drive a Tacoma MT. I learned to drive on a Toyota MT and have never owned an automatic toyota pickup. Nor do I ever plan to. I will go to the extreme to do a bed swap for the longer bed If I ever I upgrade from my 98.

I saw an article, were some major company did the bed swap for their show truck. I think Toyota knows we want a DCLBMT, the person in charge of it is just a dick, maybe he never learned how to drive a MT and despises all of us that can.
