Mine has a whistle on occasion, not all the time. Turn on the radio and it goes away.

My Porsche makes a low humming noise when the AC is on, radio off, around 40 MPH, Flip the sports exhaust switch on it goes away :)

Our older Civic has a rattle at all speeds, got used to it.

Fun truck whistle or no whistle will have it for many more years.

So... went to see about the supposed fix for this at my dealership after a master tech had stopped by. The one i mentioned earlier in this post. One of the shop managers took me out to my truck and showed me exactly what they did. Theyve only done it on one truck so far, and i havent heard anything back about whether it fixed it completely, but apparently it fixed in the shop when they blew compressed air across the windshield trying to replicate the crosswind.
    5695cc90-3d5e-454b-8e43-13c2e755fcdb_zps_7a162ba95983e16ad74a2da2b2cc31351cb49c27.jpg
So i was told they were able to successfully replicate the sound with the compressed air and someone sitting in the cab, and upon inspection, the portion of the door seal in the picture was flapping back in forth in conjunction with the sound occurring. So, the quick fix was to trim just that section down with a razor or scissors. The guy at the shop said that its not just 16's because the seals are the same with 2nd gens (which i can attest to the fact that i had the same sound out of my 13). I havent trimmed mine back, because he said he thinks theres going to a new door seal designed for the issue, and i havent heard it much as of lately. But thats what i have back to report.

I'm doing the mod where you fish tape surgical tubing into the seals to make them stronger and keep out wind noise. I'll let ya know how it works out.

Yea I have excessive wind noise where it just sounds like wind is getting through and pulling at the door. Sounds like the window is down a little bit, even though its up all the way. I don't get a whisle/kazoo sound, just sound like air rushing through the seals.

That's about the right area where it sounds like it's coming from on my truck. The mirror area. Maybe we're on to something.

I had to get all of my door window seals replaced...they could easily be moved by hand. The noises described in previous post went away for me after that... Now I have a right rear suspension squeak though...ughh!!

I have a whistle during a strong crosswind. It was really loud. My fix was a set of in chanel window visors. It's cut down on the whistle significantly. It's still there a little, but now it's tolerable, especially since it only happens when I get that crosswind. I suspect that the window visors that mount outside, on the door itself, would be better. As for the constant wind noise at 35-45, my truck doesn't experience that.

Ok this is the video that I took while going 65mph coming back from Idaho on I-90. There was a 30 to 40 mph cross wind. I was pulling a trailer that is wider than the truck and when I first heard it I thought that I had drifted into the other lane and somebody was honking at me. It kind of spooked me because there was nobody around. Sorry about the shitty cell phone video and I know it's upside down, so just close your eyes and tell me if this is what all you guys are hearing. I putting the link in for a youtube account that I made, copy and paste in your browser. I hope it works and if it doesn't maybe a tech savy person on here can help me out. Any way here you go.

Yes it's working now. Not the specific wind noise that I'm working on my self, but that sounds like the noise I've heard from other 3rd gens recording the issue, I'm sure someone will confirm.
