What all do you put in the rifle cases on your cabrac? Thinking about picking one or two up but not sure how much space ill need for tools and recovery.

I will take photos in the am. Don't have one of the tool or an updated recovery one

Here's the hella horn set up @nickj604

They're mounted with self tapping screws in this photo but I changed them to bolts. I wanted to use factory but I didn't like the look when you saw through the grill. So I ended up moving them. Just had to change the wiring but that wasn't very difficult

Awesome thanks! Looks like I'll definitely need 2 since I have about the same amount of tools and recovery gear as you. How did you mount yours? With u bolts or t slots into the cross bars?

I used u bolts. For my rack they're 2" and they are cut short on the interior. Only issue is the threading isn't too long so I have to use spacer washers to make up the space so they don't slide around. I had to get more for one case since its been sliding around but need to wait for it to get a bit warmer to put them on so my fingers don't freeze lol

@Rattletrap66 have you had issues with rubbing on your shocks with the swap?

I believe it happened when I was at Uwharrie, flexed quite a bit. There are some tire marks on my shocks, I'll be getting some SCS wheels which has better backspacing for that. Although the 1.5" wheel spacers should have been enough.

Which model wheels are you getting? My f5's with 4.5" bs and 285's rub at full flex (about the same as 1.5" wheel spacers on stock wheels), the 3.5" bs model should take care of that though.

Yea I have method nv with the same. And I don't want to have to buy new wheels. But I especially don't want to run spacers
