    Haha - well I don't have to be a hawk fan to tell you they are 100% a different team than the one you are remembering...

    ...but I'm not even talking about them losing to the Hawks. Even if they end up playing the Vikings, they will lose. They aren't a playoff team.

    My best advice if any of you guys are at a plateau and want to break through it is a workout I call the "plateau breaker". Works best with a partner and hurts like hell. Probably best to take 2-3 days off afterwards. Can be done with any compound movement exercise but bench is obviously the most popular. It goes like this.

    -Start with a weight you can get 6x but only do it 3x.

    -Now you get a 20 second break then repeat that weight till you can't get the 3 reps.

    -When you can't get 3, have your partner help you finish your failed rep.

    -After a failure the weight is reduced by 5 lbs and the process is repeated.

    -Do this for 44 minutes with no more then a 20 second break at any point. Your partner should be stripping weight for you as you'll be completely gased and cursing my name at about 12 minutes.

    -After the 44 minutes of hell is over, you get a full one minute break. With the weight you left off at. Now, you're going to rep that weight till failure, till past failure, till have reps become quarter reps, and finally you can't move it off your chest.

    You'll end up doing over 100 sets by the time it's all said and done

    Again a partner is needed. And you're done! This workout grooves the muscles and teaches your body the most efficient way to preform the movement. I've personally seen people put 15lbs on a 1rm after trying this. Now swap places with your partner and let them go through hell. Good luck guys. It's one of the hardest single exercise workouts I've ever done...but worth it
