I bought letters for mine and then when I took delivery of my truck, I found out I really like the subdued look of the TACOMA lettering. Anyone want to buy a set of letters ? I have two. I have chrome vinyl I'll sell for $15 and shipping. And I have a set of the 3D chrome, very high quality like on the ones on the side (only bigger, of course). I paid $80 for those, would sell them for $40. My poor planning is your gain. :)

So I only got 3 of 4 wheels delivered yesterday. The 4th showed still out for delivery when these arrived. I figured maybe it got left behind and another truck had to pick it up. Well it never showed and now fedex doesn't know where it is. Super happy right now.

Putting the same cap on my LB as soon as it arrives. Great looking truck you have. What's your tire size? Those are 17" Method wheels?

Oh good. I sure hope so. I was pretty disappointed in mine. There were spots I could chip the paint off with my fingernail.

That's a familiar, good looking truck, and I feel a kinship by your choice.

I will call you my brother.

:bikewheelie: I could use a brother :) I think I like the Taco almost as much as my motorcycles.. Scary thought though.

Only thing I still want (might be on the wish list for a long time) is the TRD wheels.

What did I do? Picked it up!
Actually was a 2 nights ago. Today I drove it 90 minutes in the snowstorm.

    Mods planned: None.
Well, I swapped the predators for the factory 5" tube steps and ordered a Snugtop Rebel and Bedrug's Bedmat. It won't see more than fire-roads or mild trails for "four wheeling" though.

I'm really liking the black badges. Eventually want new wheels and small lift. Also additional bed lights and sliders/skid plate. Wife getting annoyed by all the time looking for Tacoma stuff

Somebody asked me for a description of my pics.

The Receiver bar and Bow Shackles are Smittybilt from Amazon. There is a Harbor Freight variant for 9.99 but it's not a solid bar and the shackle is welded on the ends.
    http://www.amazon.com/Smittybilt-29312B-Receiver-Shackle-Receivers/dp/B001CF1A7O

And then this receiver pin was just over 2 bucks if bought with the Receiver shackle.
