    On a serious note, if you haven't taken pre-workout in a long time then I would just get 1MR, C4 or whatever is at walmart and is cheap. They are not super strong but do the job. It took me a long time to have an awesome workout on basically a cup of coffee worth of caffeine. If you can get by only on coffee then I dont suggest taking anything.

    I agree with BabyTaco. I never buy preworkout. The only time I ever use preworkout is if it is given to me for free by a friend or at an expo or something.. Have never paid a dime for preworkout though.

    So true. I started out using coffee, then upgraded to C4, then to Assault, and now I'm having to suck dudes off in the bathroom to pay for my coke habit.

    For real though, once your caffeine tolerance gets high, it's so hard finding something good to take. I usually have to start doing 2-3 scoops of whatever I have because I hate taking a break from my pre-workouts. I went most of last week and this week without using one, so hopefully today my Assault will give me a jolt. I used to take a month off every 3 months, but I stopped b/c I became so caffeine dependent.

    I've only taken out a couple of times when some one gave me some (first hits always free) and I really liked how much energy and pump I felt. As far as caffeine goes I can down a pot of coffee then go take a nap. If I have a couple of shots of straight expresso I get a little energy but usually wears off.

    I'm serious about cialis. More blood flow = bigger pumps. I tried taking half a pill before my workout one time and it was one of the best pumps I've had. It also stays in your system for a day or so- so you still get the effects on your next workout.

    You're probably gonna be like me then. I drank a 5 hr energy a few weekends ago and fell asleep on the couch. I get Assault usually, but I still have to take 1.5-2 scoops. The only caffeine I consume other than from my pre-workout is a cup of dunkin coffee every morning.

    Is it hard to workout with your dick stuck up in your waistband?

    Taking cialis doesn't mean I'm walking around with a raging boner everywhere. It gives you better blood flow.     I've got a spot on my back glass for a new decal. Thought about some sort of weightlifting decal but now I'm thinking that would be too 'crossfit' and don't want people thinking I'm down with the CF
