I'd like to either get some black wheels or powder coat the stocks. Not sure of the cost of powder coating. If it's not too difficult I could probably do it in my shop. What do you think? Powder coat or are there some decent black wheels for not too much $$. I have a black sand pearl TRD DC, going for the all black look.

Well the cheapest wheels are going to be just a basic steely...once you start looking at the cooler ones like the Pro Comp 7089s or the Mohaves they start to get a lil pricey. With stock wheels your kinda limited to the tire size you can run. You might have some issues on rubbing your cab mounts and stuff like that. I know Discount tire sells some black steelys for like 70 or 80 bucks a pop:)

Do you have any pics of the powder coated wheels? That may be the best route, as I'm not crazy about steelies.

awesome, whoever did that, looks like they did a good job. would they not paint the center caps, or did you have them leave them out? I think it looks pretty good that way.
