    On top of the cab definitely, I read it acts as a trampoline. Anything behind and only good part of the antenna is what is clearing the roof.

    I talked to someone at CB World & he said center behind the cab with at least 2' above the roof is the next best spot because at least 50% of your signal bounces off the roof.

    Oh yeah it does but only when it hits something like a limb or those stupid bars in drive thru's. Haha
