So I ordered the new grill, a shovel carrier for the bed and now can't decided whether to go with the black lettering or grey.... The Ohio state university!

I went to the Hampton Roads car show in VA Beach tonight and saw this truck. I thought you all might like to see. The front fender measured 39 1/4" from ground to wheel well. Enjoy!

Confirmed. Its not as bright. Atleast as far as i can tell. The light looks GREAT looking at the car, but ACTUALLY driving with it at night is a different story. Ill use it for a while before i get the morimoto kit. Its really easy to install. Plug and play, but id suggest you get hid's.

Installed a 2 way car starter today...hard on my knees and back, had huge help from our installers at work and it still took me forever. I'll pay them to do the next one haha.

The Slice remotes are nice and small, they go really good with the toyota smart keys. Decent range as well. Claimed 2500ft, so I expect 1000 no problem.

Yeah thanks man! So far 1.75 front and will do 1 in the rear this weekend and it will have a 1/4 inch of rake when I'm done.
That looks great man! I'd love to do a 3 inch but I am in a wheelchair and need to climb in and lift my chair in a few times a day so I had to go somewhat mild on it but am happy with how it turned out. Your truck looks great!!

But what about the drains in the bottom? Did you plug those?
I will be installing mud flaps soon, already bought universals, but they aren't to keep mud off the sides, they are to keep rocks off the paint....

Oh ok thanks! It looks good man! I know who he is, I'm gonna buy some from him pretty soon. He's a very cool guy, he's sending me one letter for free to try out :D Except I'm gonna try the matte black inserts on my glossy black taco lol.

With all the rain were supposed to get from El Nino, I installed the in channel ventvisor from AVS. Also placed an order for the Pace Edwards Switchblade tonneau and waiting for it to be shipped.PhotoGrid_1452214135860.jpg

Drains are open, Unless I'm driving through a river I can't imagine how water will travel through those. With El Niño in town I'm sure we will find out soon enough how good the weather strips work. I'll post updates after the next storm

I think that'll look really good. Post up some pics when you're done. I definitely like the more subtle look on the black...happy with the gray but wish I would've thought of the matte black. It'll look sharp.

I'm getting a black license plate cover that has dark gray TRD lettering, so hopefully it ties it in more. Looks better from the side where it matches the TRD 4x4 sticker.

This has to be the coolest mod of the week right?

    Ha!

Added raptor series 4" bars the other day.

Ordered and waiting on a custom grille, but it's going to take a couple weeks since I wanted a custom, non Toyota, emblem made. Hope it turns out the way I imagined it lol.
