    Thanks. If the doc had found something wrong with it, I could understand it, but he said the ligaments and tendons all felt ok :(, plus he said no arthritis...

    Hope you have 20 or 30 years before you have knee issues.

    thats too bad :(

    i blew out my knee when i was 15. suffered for 3 years with it swelling like crazy, randomly giving out (causing me to crash), etc etc

    had it scoped and my meniscus was shredded on the anterior edge, and the doc said my ligaments were fine......

    got fed up and ask to see another doc. found out i have a vertical tear from top to bottom in my acl. the only thing i can do to keep it 'healthy' is to ride a bike. but it seems like since i have been killing myself at work i have enough muscle mass to support my knee :)
