I still don't get how your wheels won't clear the spindles. I didn't run spacers with my wheels and spindles. The spindles automatically push out the front 3/4" on each side. And your aftermarket wheels would have to be 4.5 or more backspacing.

Because 315's on 4.5 bs, not the 285's you had on there. We tried to put them on and I had probably a half inch between the wheel and rotor when the tire hit the spindle.

I got to drive a '16 V6 AT earlier. I have to say, it was very nice. I really don't see where all the negaitvity comes from. Yes, it does feel a little slow without the ECT POWER turned on, but push that button and its a peppy little fucker. You have to get a little deeper in the throttle to make it come to life than the 4.0L, but when it hits you know it. All in all...

Its been a heck of a few weeks, busy with work, but the rear suspension will be here monday (should have been delivered yesterday but ALLPRO didnt include the apt# on the shipping so they couldnt deliver, way to go allpoo) and the mounts for the light bar are mounted, just gotta put the bar in and hook the wire harness up. I highly advise NO ONE mounting a 50" with roof racks, I found out the hard way why it hasnt been done. I may still post my pics to show others who think they want to try it, but I will try to discourage them haha, huge PITA and you better accept the possibility of ditching the racks, worst case (which I did accept).

Do you guys know of a place to get good, hard to steal bolts for light bars. It came with reg hex head bolts but Ive heard some ppl got theirs stolen; is this a realistic concern?

Ill post pics sometime when its mounted. I hvnt even really been on here in a week +.

Ebay'd a bulk of 10pcs think they are m6x.75, don't quote me on that one. I got stainless w/security heads. I think all the light bars are the same size mounting bolts.

At lowes, the bolt that fit was an M8x1.25, and stubby

Oh, my perseverance didn't let me give up haha, I made that shit happen. "Only" truck on TW with a 50" curved bar and roof racks haha

Oh well, I just assumed with all the "universal" mounts. They fit my Chinese Ebay bar just fine :D
