Installed Icon extended travel coilovers and UCAs today. On the driver side, with the truck jacked up, I could not reattach the ABS clip to the UCAs - just too tight. It's only when I dropped the truck that I could do so. Lift is currently at 2.25", and the line has a tiny bit of slack at nominal height.

I'm afraid of damaging the line at full droop. Anyone else experience this? I've unclipped the ABS line where it attaches to the spindle, and that provided a little more slack, but not much.

Most just zip tie instead of trying to reuse the clip.

That said, not an uncommon problem so I'm sure someone else will have a better answer for how they fixed it.

I hear ya on the zip tie. Not a fan of that look myself, that's why I like the Icon UCAs since they have an integrated screw to reattach the clip.

Weathertech mats, BAMF sliders, US Offroad front winch bumper, RCI Alum. Skid plates, ICON suspension, Pelfreybilt rear bumper, JBA uca's, Allpro u-bolt flip,
Just dealt with this. Pulled any slack from the hub to factory ziptie. Also, pulled some slack from the frame to control arm bracket. Looked like I gained enough slack in the line. Now to pray to the Toyota gods I have enough.

    No kidding.

Don't remember offhand the cost of that ABS wire getting damaged, but it isn't cheap.

    Several hundo.

Thx. Went back and unclipped everything and moved it around to where I had decent slack everywhere in the travel.
