Picked up a set of BFG AT KO2's , then went straight to Fiesta Island in San Diego to take the dogs out and try the new traction control gadgets/tires.

At least they gave them the base model sr5

Which means in about 6-8 months we (enterprise) will be selling them pretty cheap with low miles... We sell them with about 20-30K on em.

What is your opinion on buying a rental? Are they generally well maintained and a good buy?

Yeah plus they all go through a 109 point inspection and u can give it back before 30 days. Only prob is it's no haggle prices and If something is within specs (brakes or tires) they won't replace them. 50% or better brakes and at least 4/32 of tread on tires which pretty much wear bars... Lame. But they get oil changes and tire rotations RELIGIOUSLY lol. Insane how much crap they go through. I work on the truck side though so kinda stuff like this1452621986245-1249816835.jpg

Honestly I would only buy a diesel from them because generally you can't hot rod them and I've serviced them if they are in socal lol

OK guys, 3rd gen 4runner (1998) 3.4L, 5spd manual, 4x4 with diff lock, what is likely to be the gears in the differential?
I looked at the door code and it's saying a 7.5" ring gear with an open diff so that's not accurate.
My guess is 4.10 or 4.30.

They're stock size 265/70/17, load range C. No need for load range E for me either. Good luck!

I ordered led lights to replace all my dash lights. Going with white gauges blue needles. I dread tearing the dash apart. Seems like something always breaks. ...

More than likely you have 4.10 since you have an E-Locker. Take it to any dealer & they can tell you what it came with from the VIN

Thanks guys, 4.10 sounds about right.
I'd take it to the dealer but it's my cousins T4R and he's in SoCal.

I apologize from a year ago, but I never got a notification. My rack is a Whitson Metalworks....and sadly they aren't produced anymore. Is a fantastic set up
