So thanks to @Mr Marv i finally decided on the components for my new audio system. I did a few months of research and went back and forth with hertz, focal, and hybrid. I ended up getting hybrid audio L6SE for the front midbass, ran by an Arc Kar KS 300.2. I acquired a pillars for the L3Se and L1 pro R2's. I kind of screwed up and didn't do enough research on this part. I have a huge Phoenix gold amp that I planned on running the highs in the front and rear doors. I didn't realize that the bit one required amplification to each channel to run active. So I have a Phoenix Gold TI21000.4 just to run the a pillar speakers. Then I got the clarus 2 way components for the back doors. I ran out of channels on the bit one so I got a audison prima 4.9bit for the back doors. For subs I went big cause I have moments where I like to be drowned in bass! Two Phoenix Gold SXT12D4's pushed by a Phoenix Gold TI2800.1. I have a few pictures of the build so far, but this is going to take me awhile to do since I'm usually so strapped for time and my girlfriend uses the truck as a daily driver for the time being ☹

    image.jpg Mr Marv's door adapters are awesome!image.jpg
Back door is almost done I need to drill a whole in the door panel and run wire for the tweeter.image.jpg
    My brother helping me image.jpg
The tweeter was taken out later and I forgot to take a picture before I put the door panel back on.image.jpg
My usual shop fired the guy who did my system last. Usually they put more sound deadening on the doors!image.jpg

Looks like a nice system but hope you sealed/painted those speaker brackets before putting them in, they look unfinished.

Did a few things today in the two hours of free time I had. @zinger i decided to pull the speaker adapters back out and painted them black, after I put the door panels back on I could see the wood and didn't like it. image.jpg
Drilled the whole and put the tweeter in the door panel.image.jpgimage.jpg
Ran my speaker wire to the location of my prima amp.
    image.jpg
    image.jpg
Tweeter wire for the driver side.
    image.jpg
Bit one and prima amp are going under passenger seat.
    image.jpg
The old HD 900/5 amp. I'm going to put the arc 2 channel amp along with my distribution block right here. I'm going to have a 0 gauge to the block, 8 to 3 of the amps and a 4 going to the mono block. I'll probably have a 10 to the bit one.

I found a local audison dealer through there website and had them order it. I try not to order things unless it's from an authorized dealer for warranty issues.

Agreed, thanks. I've been casually looking online and feel the same. Unfortunately, I don't have a dealer in my area. For that reason, I'm looking at the Alpine PXA-H800.

    @Jtegen11

I like where you're going with this and I'm eagerly awaiting updates. I too have a similar system going in my Tacoma and this thread (among some others) will be incrediblely useful.

Hope you don't mind the inevitable bombardment of questions I'm sure I'll have.

I heard that Phoenix Gold and Hertz both just released their own processors this month. They are around the same price range of the bit one. You should look into it.

I have a really good installer that usually does my stuff, but there was so much going into this that I couldn't see spending what they want to charge. I am going to bring it to them to design my box and amp rack. I designed and built one, but I didn't like it once I put it in the truck.
Here's the rack I made, but once I get the box in there, there won't be any room to adjust anything.image.jpg
So I'm thinking about stealing this design from Mr Marv.image.jpg
