Of course I let her. Then I told her about my shirt: "if you touch my beard, I touch your butt".

Athankyousir. Now that I have a desk job, I gotta keep it tamed. This is what I was working with before I graduated college. My lifts went down after I shaved...

It actually got a little longer than that, but I don't have any pics. I went exactly 6 months without shaving. I had a friend that went a year. It was so awesome

ALSO, looking for thoughts on something. This summer it looks like I will be working for 3 close to 4 months on a chartered sail boat in florida. During this time I will have about a day of "rest" time every week before going back out. I dont know what the meal plan is on these trips but its not really up to me, and i dont see much time at all being able to actually go to a gym. So my thought is...(clean of course) bulk till may and lift as much weight as possible, then during my 4 months gallivanting around at sea its just a long cut period lol. Thoughts

After a night of drinking (which isn't often for me) I try to do some cardio the following morning. Sweat out some of that shit. Usually makes me feel better...even though I feel like shit when I'm doing it.

I was weighing myself at the gym today and it read 175. The guy that works there almost shit his pants. He said he thought I weighed at least 190. Jokes on him, I have no legs.

Well, last night wasn't too bad. I drank about half a gallon of water before bed, so I'm not feeling like complete death today

I went 18 months for the beard but that was with trimmings and such. Right now my legs feel like they are made of spaghetti and it's a struggle to go up or down stairs. Thank god leg day is over

I did legs Monday and was still sore when I did them again Friday. It was rough. Needless to say I went lighter Friday

I wish all my lifts would go up as quickly as my bench. I've been trying to implement the same routine on the big 3, but the legs just aren't catching up as quickly as I expected. Today was pyramid on bench again. 295 for 2 was really easy. I'll give it about 3 weeks and I may try to max again. 325 shouldn't be an issue

    The better coast
one of my friends was the president of a frat. Over summer he stayed and worked on the house.

Chipotle decided to sent about 60 of those buy 1 get 1 free cards for all the guys that lived there but since he checks the mail he took them all and used them the entire summer lol.
