Thanks for the heads up. Ultimately I'll mock everything up, cycle etc... It's my first shot at LT. I really appreciate the input. It helps reduce the unexpected surprises. Like my solid motor mounts, dropping the fan a few inches. Big fail that was for me. Ended up removing them and putting the stock ones back in until I can buy some from @Bonzen

I want that. Took my truck out today and the alignment is all off....again. So sick of it not staying in. Want to solid mount the lowers and uppers and call it a day

Are you running TC cam tab gussets? All the ones I've installed fit the cams really tight and seem to help with holding them in place. Are you painting your cams with a paint pen after your alignments

No I don't have those yet. Will go on this summer. I'm sure that will help a lot. But I need to get an alignment worth a shit too. Last time I got one my camber was far off. Inside of my tires up front and wore way way too low now.

Same here, my alignment hasn't moved for years. The other benefit to lca uniballs is they allow the lower to pivot free, if you align normal bushings and the arm isn't straight in the mounts it binds and cuts bushings, like many here have happen

I finally got the front drivetrain and 3.4 in for good. Don't mind the limit strap location. That was just a temp set up to help with install of cv's.

Has anybody ever made a 1.5" wider per side kit for first gens? I like the idea of maintaining factory panels and travel (second gen TC LT kit although I know it requires cutting), but I haven't seen anything like it.

Need help guys, I am rebuilding a fox coil over and the dust cap (to get at the c-clip that holds the shaft in place) is just spinning. Won't come out. Set screw is out. Shock is depressurized. What gives?
