How is it that you can set the Billies at 0 and still get 2" of lift?
    School me please?!

Let the coils do the lift. The OME 885's provide a lift without preloading the Bilstiens

So an 887 spring is same spring rates 885 but longer? The 886 is stiffer. Is this correct?

    So I want the 887 for a 2005+ Tacoma. For full 3" set 5100's at .85 notch. Then a 1.5 - 2" add a leaf. UCA's by LR or TC. Lean Plate.

And in the rear what shock do I get? Get a set of 5100's for a lifted Tacoma 2005+?

Any vendor recs to order all at once for a good price?

Down south racing is good for the billies.

So should I start at .85 notch to get a level ride? Worried about getting higher in the front. 285/70/17's so don't want to much lift and too much wheel gap. Thanks for the headstrong and down south links. HS has a bundle of everything exactly mentioned here.

No, if you are just planning to level it you can do Bilstiens 5100's in the front set at the 2nd notch (.85) this will level the truck with the rear as you know the rear is an inch or so higher then the front this is called factory (rake).

I'm going with an add a leaf in the back. I want a level 3" lift. So 5100's second notch with 887 coils and bilstiens in the back with 2" add a leaf. Is this setup level? Thank you!!!!

Everyone's truck is different to be certain you will need to measure your truck from hub to fender, reading tacoma world can give you an idea of type of lifts and what others have done. If you search posts on 887's generally this coil alone with Bilstiens set at 0 can give you anywhere from 2-2.5 inches .85 may put you at 3, but you'll most likely be nose up with an add a leaf in the rear because add a lead is 1.5 - 2 in the back.

If you want level try 887's which the 5100's at 0 and rear add a leaf.

Thank you. Sounds like Ridez and one other guy on this thread are level at .85. Regardless, the hardware is correct its just a matter of adjusting. I think I can get the whole set up for less than$1200. Thanks so much for the help.

Yes. Back is still a bit higher. 1/4 inch or half. But it's very close to level. I'd much rather the back slightly be higher than vice versa. Good luck with your lift.

Man, sorry guys. Should I get the driver lean plate for my LBTRDOR? Or just go with it? There are four lean plate options and two require longer bolts and those options add up to a 1/2". Seems like a lot for the weight of gas. I think I am going to pass unless someone suggests otherwise. OME is as little as 5mm and no longer bolts suggested, but not sure if need one for both front and rear.

I'll notice it then. So that's just a single spacer for front driver corner. Nothin for rear?
