Switched out the stupid non-intermittent wiper switch for the (what should be freakin standard) intermittent switch.

It's a piece of cake. Takes less than 10 minutes to swap out. Took me longer than that to find the few tools I needed.

 

Sooooo today I decided to paint my truck tool box. I really love black tool boxes so I thought, better than black would be bed liner black paint! So here's my Kobalt tool box painted with bed liner

Completed all these the other day , bed lights ,ditch lights ,4 wheel light and switches .....day started out as me only installing bed lights lol..

 

New tires on Friday(Michelen LTX MS2 265/75/16), "new to me" used topper on Saturday, just finished hooking up the interior and third brake lights

was this plug in play? how much does the new switch?

 

I wonder if welding on the axle hurts the grease on the inside?

 

There no grease inside the tubes.. if he welded near or on a bearing race it might be another story.

 

Good to know

 

As long as you don't weld on/near the pumpkin where the oil is or where bearings are, you should be fine.
