    Tell me more about how any warranty claim would work. Is the claim directly to Northstar? Or to Samoorian Supply? Do we have anything in writing that spells out the exact warranty and details any exclusions? I guess I am speaking of a document from the warranty provider.

    I am unfamiliar with how this works. Do I have to provide my paypal email address to Samoorian Supply when I write to them with my order?

    Has anyone tried a pair Northstar batteries on the ATO Dual Battery Tray? Wondering what battery group would fit right. Decision point for this group buy is in five days. Not sure what direction I'm taking yet.

    The ATO dual battery tray uses an Optima group34 turned sideways. The group 34 Northstar is larger than the optima and will not fit in the ATO tray. In addition, you will need to move and or relocate components to make the northstar fit in that space. Hope that helps

    Sorry I didnt answer over the weekend.

    Too busy getting married.

    Each person will get a receipt saying when and where they bought the battery, along with serial and model/size numbers.

    If the battery becomes defective, you can contact Samoorian or ANY of the authorized Northstar distributors.

    If one is too far from you, Northstar has been okay with having your local auto parts store test the battery, provide written failed results, and have the distributor sent out a new battery without having to return the defective one.
