    @ramonortiz55 Thank you for the info and link. Their website sucks!! It gives Zero usable info...they don't even have an email...at least that I could find!!

    Anyway...I'm going to give them a call today. This looks like exactly what I'm looking for. So when I rebuild my front end...I'll have these ready to put on, then I can take my old ones...reboot them myself, and I'll have 2 good OEM spares. Sweet!! Thanks again!

    This is very common...especially if you buy the Chinese snorkel. There's a long post on T4R.org about this and all kinds of "fixes". If it were me...I'd just make a carbon fiber replacement elbow. Exact same piece...so no fitment issues...never have to mess with it again...IMHO!!

    Yes Sir...that's what "powers" your brakes. The booster takes and uses vacuum from the engine and uses it to help you put pressure on the brakes. That's why old hotrods always had problems with there power brakes...they made little or no vacuum so had no power brakes to stop!!

    New cars are using electric motors to make the vacuum...especially on the run/stop cars. Just think about it: When you stop at a stop light the car shuts off...you just lost your vacuum and your brakes. So they have to make vacuum now.

    @ramonortiz55 for such a safety item...First, I wouldn't use anything other than OEM parts! Second: IMHO, I'd take my rig to the shop and have them diagnose exactly what's wrong. I personally very, very rarely ever take my 4Runner to the Dealership, but when it's a safety item...I don't mess around. I'd assume spend the extra money and get it fix and fix right the first time. Mine and my passengers lives are well worth the extra $$!!! Easier and cheaper then just hanging parts until you get the right one. Just say'n my friend...good luck!! "And that's all I got to say about that."

    For those of you with an RTT, how are you placing them up on the roof?

    @MTgirl ?

    These suckers are heavy.

    With my 1st Gen 4Runner top I would use to people to put it on. Or you could use a pulley system in your garage to lift it up

    Like how do I physically move it? Four tall coworkers converge on my driveway and hoist it up there for me :D
    I know some folks who have tall garages have ceiling hoists, they just drive under and plop it onto the roof. Or you could do like this guy did and built a hoist mechanism that fits into the hitch receiver and lifts it up there...
