Fixed it for you. If you're gonna fling dung, get your facts straight. The 3.5 Honda V6 cranks out about 250hp roughly. At least the previous generation did, not sure on the 2016.

Looks a lot like the Pilot...but why is this in the 3rd Gen forum?

    Later.

Sorry, used to being in the 3rd Gen forum. Accidentally placed it here.

Hold it...let me get this straight....there are third generation owners in this thread complaining about the front end of the new Ridgeline...?

I can only speak for myself but for me a little over a year ago, it was between a 2014 DC Tacoma and 2014 Ridgeline. I ended up with a Ridgeline. Why? Biggest selling points were...

    More cabin space (I'm 6'2")
    Power rear window
    Dual tailgate
    "Trunk"
Rear seat lifts up, out of way

Biggest negative I still come up with aside from poor service (in my area) is not being able to mount a snow plow. Of course, many will not do that with a Tacoma either.

Take it for what it is. Actual buyer. Former Toyota owner. No children. Don't go off-road. Has a better ride and checks most of the boxes on my list. The 2017 will be as good or better but doesn't mean I will go and buy one again. Still like Toyota a LOT.

    Exactafuckinglutely

Honda used to just about hit a home run with every vehicle launch.

Almost everyone I know who knew & remember Honda in the late 80s & early 90s is disappointed in the current Honda/Acura product line.

The styling failure across both brands (bland at best IMO), current mediocre reliability (also across both brands) combined with the things that made them cool such as high rpm (intake & exhaust) VTEC, double wishbone, 4 wheel disc brakes (and on and on) have been taken out.

Honda has turned themselves into a modern day GM IMO. Such a waste of talent & hard earned reputation (BMW is moving this way too tho they seemingly never had reliability high on their list of priorities).

To me the current and nearly only cool thing Honda/Acura offers today that's not entirely available on all products of other manufactures is Honda Sense & Acura Watch.

Honda/Acura have lost their way IMO. They need new leadership and that needs to be someone who understands what made them cool and can blend that with current rules & market needs.
