    What? Soup has antibiotic properties I'm sure :). I never meant that people should just stop washing their hands and abandon hygiene. I simply meant that perhaps our antiseptic world is reaching a point where we may be going to far.

    Or that they wouldn't make any moves towards meeting them for 3 years then at the end of the process when BC says " no because you didn't meet our 5 conditions " they then say they can meet them

    I think that Kinder Morgan expected it to be a done deal prior to what happened in our last federal election and that BC's conditions would be immaterial to the outcome of the NEB approval process

    If I was BCer, which I was for many years, I wouldn't be worried about the pipeline being built with all the bells and whistles, but the one that's been in the ground since 1953...
