There's one more round of surgery on the schedule. 14th of Jan. I get to spend 3 days in the hospital for "robotic lazer surgery" that I'm told will put an end to this ordeal. Until then I can't pee without a catheter. Let me tell ya, that is just about as unpleasant as it sounds. If all goes well, I'll be back to 100% by Feb 1st. At least I'm home now and can have a semi-normal life.

Decided to throw it back in the shed for now. Did pull the whole front grill and grill surround off and hit it with some bed liner. Took the Hellas off and put my light bar back on and cleaned some wiring up.

    Cabin fever.

    Boredom really.

Been at the parents house for almost two weeks and it's been raining. Trying to keep up with maintence too. Changed all fluids except front diff which I may tackle tomorrow. Still need to replace wheel bearings, CV boots, rotate tires, change pads/rotors and probably 10 more things I'll find along the way. :frusty:

I've been reading up on it trust me. Seems like the only option is to take it all apart and clean it up. I think the March LBL trip and all the driving in slush/snow last winter did 'er in.

Just heard from the kid down the street from us. He bought the Warn brush guard I mentioned. And I'm back to shopping for a winch mount.

Snowing.......Just enough to make it inconvenient, but not enough to have fun. Then single digit temps tonight/tomorrow. Now I know why they put Kentucky in the Midwest forum. 4 months out of the year this place is colder than much of Alaska. Bitch, moan, whine, etc.........

I really don't understand my school system. We are on a full day schedule. And it's suposed to snow today and have 20 MPH winds when we get out. there is no ice or brine on the roads. I'm hoping they do a 2 hour early dismissal.

Nothing happening in BG. I'm sure as soon as we get started working it will start dropping.

Back when I was in school, we didn't get out for much at all. I went to Providence High (Clarksville) and lived in Charlestown. We had 11" of snow one day during my junior year. We still had class. I was driving a '68 Z28 Camaro back then. Took me 3-1/2 hours to get home. Our family farm is in Floyds Knobs (not too far from you) and we had to drive out there every day to feed cattle. Snow wasn't any excuse.....

Just talked to my wife who's @ home (Mt Washington) and she says no snow yet. It's just fine flakes blowing around here in downtown Louisville. The heaviest is supposed to stay north of the Ohio River. Temps are dropping like a rock though.
