I do a shake everyday with just tap water and ON...tastes good.

I have a Ninja blender that can puree anything into pure liquid in about 15 secs

y'all are just a bunch of damn pussies.

The reason I don't like it is the lack of energy. You can't argue that you don't have a better workout when you're fueled more. That's the same reasons Nascar drivers fill up their tanks before the race and not after.

In all seriousness, I'll probably make it the night before and just put it in the fridge or just eat the banana on the way to the gym. If I run that blender when the wife is asleep, my ass is getting shot.

 

Haha I do powder and tap water too. It's a quick chug. I don't drink protein powder for the flavor.

 

I do tap water, too. Nothin wrong with that. I was more concerned with the protein separating after its mixed and sinking to the bottom by the morning. You'd have to mix it again, I would think. I could be wrong.

 

Warm protein taste like raw chicken. Smells awful too

The protein builds up on the bottom so you'd have to reshake the bottle. Then it'll be warm so it'll taste like ass. If you mixed it with a banana then it'll be thick as well.

 

Don't mix the banana the night before

 

I used to make a shake with whey, banana, peanut butter and oats and it wasn't bad. One time I fell asleep before drinking it and so I tried to drink it when I woke up and it was a bad time...

 

Haha I love making shakes but once they get warm they are so nasty. I've forgotten to wash out mason jars for a couple days.... So gross......

 

Have you ever left your shaker bottle in a hot car? Fuuuuk those are the worst.

 

I've left my empty bottle post gym in the car and then when I went to clean it later that day the smell almost knocked me off my feet

 

Exactly. So gross especially if you used milk instead of water

 

If you forget to wash your shaker for more than 2 days, just throw it away. Don't open it to wash it. Just toss it and go to Wal mart and buy another one for $5

Yeah, sometimes when I make a shake and forget about it, I have to shake it again, but that's literally like 2 seconds of work.

Yeah, I used to do packaged oatmeal, peanut butter, milk, honey, and whey for a mass-gainer shake and if the bottle didn't get washed that night, it smelled like ass

I had a TSN shaker that was the best one I've ever had and I left it outside for like a week with leftover milk and whey from a shake and I had to throw it away. I ran it throguh the dishwasher a few times and even let it soak in bleach over night, but there was no saving it

 

This guy made me laugh last night at the girlfriends gym

 

lol....is there a piece of gym attire that dudes doesn't have on? Gloves, compression pants, compression socks, compression shirt, etc. Looks like he walked out of a Dick's Sporting Goods catalog

 

Lol I wear my headphones over my hood.. Don't want it to get sweaty and shit.
