Did the price for the fogs go up? On the website it says $170 I'm going to be buying both the hid headlight kit and the fogs. At the beginning of the thread it has them for $150 each. Is there a promo code I enter when checking out? Thanks

By being backwards the terminals wont lock in place, when correct they should snap in and not be able to pull out

All in all, I am very pleased with this kit. I think some people are being overly critical, and whiny. I agree with TRSAndrew that if you have a issue with the product, take it up through the businesses channels. Do not expect a professional business response to solve your issues on a Forum the do not run.

On the bounce/vibration issue- I notice it occasionally. It has happened on relatively smooth roads going over a tar line or hitting a reflector between lanes, but not all the time. I have also noticed it on back roads, nailing RR crossings, bigger cracks and holes in the road.

In the end... while it may be bothersome if you notice it, it is not detrimental, oncoming traffic cannot tell, and it doesn't require you to get out and re adjust anything.

You still have insanely bright lights, clear, reliable, and I have driven through snow storms in Tahoe and had people tucking in behind me because my HID/LED fog and LED High beam combo was the only thing adequately lighting up the road- Courtesy of TRS and their 2016 Taco discount back in November.

With that said -- I wont turn down a higher density gasket :)

I understand that and I apologize for letting my frustration come through the way it did. At the same time though, you had been responding to many other posts in that time and I'm almost always at work during your business hours so I can't call... therefore I went to the next best option.

The issue is absolutely not just over very rough terrain. I get it going over sealed cracks and very minor bumps. I know some only get it over potholes, etc. and others don't get it at all, so it clearly varies widely and mine is terrible. As others have said, it isn't a major safety issue, however it is very distracting which to some extent is somewhat of a safety matter.

I love the light these put out, it's crisp, beautiful in color and bright as hell. So don't get me wrong, it's an excellent product and I absolutely recommend purchasing it still to anyone who asks. I'm just patiently (maybe not enough?) waiting for the new grommets.

So how much longer for these gaskets? Been since October??

Or it maybe that some of the h11b batches are bad?

So what's the best way to get to the fog lights to replace them with the optimal LED bulbs?

So I read that you don't need the Canbus for low beam HID kits but are they also not necessary for the LED high beams as well? Thanks.

I'm thinking about picking up a kit for my 16' Tacoma. However I do have some concerns regarding the 'bouncing' issue's i've read on this thread.

    Has this been resolved?

    I haven't,
Anybody know of any alternatives to the high beam led? Or does anyone know of the size bulb for the high beam ?

I'm happy with the quality I got, unfortunately I ordered the H11A set prior to doing any research here, so I have the ground shadow, but its minor and I may deal with it later.

I've only ever gotten the shake when I hit a crazy bump, and really that has more to do with an aftermarket product in a housing that was designed for a halogen bulb.

I would never consider anything but Morimotos or the crazy expensive phillips. TRS has great customer service and is the only choice in my mind for the 16 taco. (just get H11b haha)
