    Finally finished the 225 challenge. Maybe I'm behind the curve and this is old news.
    Squats was 18
    Bench was 32
    Deadlift was 30
    I feel those numbers are respectable no?

    Wow - I got 18 on the squats so you are making me feel even better about that. I haven't tried DLs yet but I didn't get anything close to that on bench.

    I've always had a weak bench. I'm trying to fix that right now. I'm at 275lbs one rep max but would like to hit 315lbs by spring/march-april. As for 225lbs I can get around 5 or 6 reps but that's after doing a few sets of 10-12 to build up to that.

    He's got me crushed on bench by at least 15 lol. Squats, I'm only 2 behind. I haven't tried dl's yet, but I'd guess it'd be somewhere 15-20.

    What's your height/weight, @mightytacoman?

    I asked him a few pages back but can't find it. I just remember he had like 100lbs bw on me at my 165lbs

    I hit 290 just before Xmas but I want 315 too. I'd like to be able to get 225 12-15 times

    Damn I was squirming to get 225 13 times when I was 240 this time last year. I am sitting at a lighter frame this go around at about 213... I plan to cut to around 187 this spring which would be a new low (since lifting) compared to my sub 12% 195 last year.

    I think I only got 225 on bench 12-13 times and I can do 315 about 1.5 times. To keep from having to max out all the time, I'd say to keep repping 225 each chest day and when you finally get 12-15, go for 315 and I bet you'l get it.

    I'm at 206 right now and (according to the handheld thing) 16% bf. I wanna get to 210-215 and then cut to 200. I'm hoping to get to 190 and be lean. I refuse to get lower than 190-200 anymore. When I got down to 178 on my last cut, I felt like I looked terrible. I felt scrawny.

    Just tried that new protein that I got. Tastes isn't to bad, not as good as ON though. Kinda thicker/ creamier and has a weird after taste. But for the price can't beat it. Hope I don't wake up tonight having to run to the bathroom though.

    I'm 250#s 6 ft and about 18%bf on a single caliper measurement. I know squat is my weakest link. Didn't really start training legs till about a year ago. Finished my Deadlift workout today with a 560# single. Probably could have pulled more but I was getting tired and has alot more exercise to do yet

    When I was deployed I worked out 6 days a week.. 15 Min cardio 45-60 min lifting and 15 min cool down cardio. got over there at 227.. came home at 188... 32" waist...now that I am home.. I cant find time to get to the gym. slowly im climbing back up at 193 right now.. 34.5" waist.. rotating work schedule a wife and 3 kids makes getting to the gym consistently a challenge.
