Yes they do. They don't make a 16" 650 coil.

I have the Giant DD link kit and it's great, will be even better once I add an upper link.
Does great in the big stuff (better than any leaf sprung truck I had) and crawls like nobodies business. I'm always pleasantly surprised what I can get up with a locker and that much travel, even with shitty grabbers.

Might as well link it imo...

Offset axle tab? Your talking about the panhard not clearing?....agreed on the 4 link tho, don't have that side shift of the axle through the travel. I'm gunna 3 link the front of my buggy and 4 link the back cause the exhaust is a pain to deal with for the front with a 4 link

I got the kit with the truck so I saved a shit load of money, I think its between 4500-5k with just the little air shocks included.

No the upper link off the top of the axle that controls pinion. It can be done but a lot more work. mines a 4dlb so not sure if the short beds have the same problem.

The upper link is offset to the passenger side right? Is the link mount on a crossmember the issue?

Ya it would be right next to the third on the passenger side, my front and rear gas tank cross members are right in front of the rear end and like 3 inches higher. So I would have rebuild them so the forward link could clear.

Sorry I don't have a pic right now but on my 06' DBCB and @DMCtacoma's the postion for the front of the 3rd worked out to be the front gas tank cross member. The rear gas tank cross member just had to be " C notched " and reinforced to create the clearance at bump you are referring too.

Daily driver set up. Gas tank stays put, no need to move anything else.

Figured this would be the best place to ask... What are y'all using to replace steering racks on a 2nd gen? OEM? aftermarket?
If so where would one order one because mine got fubard after an incident with a hog on the highway unfortunately.

    Thanks!

That number sounds funny because it is...

The only way to pull 10"+ out of the front end of a first gen is to use 8" coilovers, but you can't do it with 4wd as you begin to exceed CV critical angles at about 8.5-9".

Here's a link to a build where they used 8" coilovers and straps to get just about 9" of usable 4wd travel in the front of a first gen.

Dang that's insane. I haven't looked yet and dealer is closed tonight. Gonna call tomorrow but just to know what to expect pretty much, whats the cost on an OEM rack?
