Are you familiar with the delayed block blow back system on the gun?

The finger cutouts on the thumb side just look uncomfortable to my hand. But, if it's not... :notsure:

The G3 rifle is AK realible, but with its free floated barrel is accurate. Trigger sucks but a good shooter can overcome it. Many consider it the greatest battle rifle ever designed.

Do they have a fluted chamber? My buddy had a Cetme, which I was told was a Spanish copy of a G3, that had a fluted chamber.

Point is, the brass all get fire-formed to the fluted chamber and can't be reloaded.

Correct! that's how there cycle. The delay part of the system dictates how much gas is aloud to come back and go down those flutes and hit the back of the casing and make it cycle.

FYI. there's is a LITTLE more to it than that. Don't missread me, there great riffles, but do your home work on the web and U-tube, so you to have a better understanding of what to keep an eye on and what to look for. I will emphasize, this is not your normal system, so please do your homework On it so she behaves well for you.

    Anyone here know about mauser?
Looking at a Mauser 1895 chambered in 220 swift, from the markings I think it's Chilean.
I should have pictures here pretty soon, it's a very nice looking rifle.

Remington R1 Enhanced. Only fired a couple rounds to test function with the can. Seems pretty decent for the price. I won it, so it may not stick around. I'm more interested in a Sig scorpion or a sti tactical

How do you win so many firearm contests? I feel like this is the second or third time recently I've heard of you winning them.

I've got a friend who is an Pretty much and HK expert. He has a registered trigger pack that will probably get mounted in my gun at some point (he keeps it in an hk51). Should be interesting next time I go shooting with him

FYI the G3 is one of the most durable and realiable Battle rifles ever made. After about 10,000 rounds you may need alittle TLC.
